Blender Bread

Blender Bread No kneading Needed
Give up a lot.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 milk (360 ml)
3 tablespoons of sugar (50 g)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g)
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of oil (45 ml)
490 g of common wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt (4 g)

Preparation:

In the blender place the milk, sugar, dry yeast, eggs, oil and blend for two minutes.
Pour the liquid in a large container and add the common wheat flour in two parts.

Place the first part, mix well (2 minutes) then place the second part of flour and salt and mix for 5 to 6 more minutes (the texture of the dough is sticky).
Place with a spoon into 3 14cm x 8.5cm oiled moulds. Cover and let simmer until double in size.

Brush with beaten egg yolk to make them golden even
Preheat oven to 180°C. for 25 to 30 minutes or until insert a chopstick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes in the mold.
Then it shreds and cools on the grill
