Chocolate Chip Cookies With Nuts
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup (150 g) brown sugar
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (270 g) chocolate chips
1 cup (120 g) chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugars:
In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla:
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Combine dry and wet ingredients:
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
Add chocolate chips and nuts:
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Shape cookies:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool:
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
