Ground beef parmigiana

Ground beef parmigiana is a delicious twist on the classic Italian dish, chicken parmigiana. To make it, start by browning ground beef with onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Once cooked, spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish, followed by the beef mixture.

⁣⁣⁣⁣Ingredients:⁣⁣

600 grams of ground beef
6 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 chopped tomatoes without skin and seeds
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic ⁣⁣
Chopped parsley ⁣⁣
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sachet of tomato sauce ⁣⁣
150 grams of ham
150 grams of mozzarella cheese ⁣⁣

Preparation method: ⁣⁣

Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash and set aside.
⁣In a pan, add the onion, garlic and then the ground meat, let it fry.  Season with salt and pepper⁣⁣.

⁣⁣Mix the meat with the mashed potatoes, add 2 chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper ⁣⁣.

⁣⁣Place the dough in a refractory, spread well, cover with tomato sauce, spread the ham and mozzarella, place in the oven to brown
