MOROCCAN BREAD IN FRYING PAN 😋

Moroccan bread, also known as msemen, is a delicious specialty of Moroccan cuisine. To make it in a pan, first prepare a soft and elastic dough with flour, water, salt and sometimes oil or butter.

Ingredients:

300ml warm water
300ml warm milk
1 spoon of sugar
7g dry yeast
840g flour 00
1 teaspoon salt
70g butter, melted
Parsley

Preparation:

  1. Add milk, water, sugar, dry yeast and mix. Add the flour, salt and stir well. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
  2. Work the dough with more flour and divide it into 10 balls. Spread them with a rolling pin and cook them in a pan until they puff up.
  3. Brush the melted butter and parsley on the bread for flavor.
