Marmalade Cookies
Marmalade cookies are a delightful treat that combines the buttery texture of a cookie with the tangy sweetness of marmalade. To make them, start by creaming together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Materials;
-150 g margarine at room temperature
-1 tea glass of powdered sugar
-1 egg
-Half a tea glass of oil
-1 packet of vanilla
-Half packet of baking powder
-3-3.5 cups of flour (200ml cup size)
For between;
-Marmalade or chocolate
Fabrication;
Let’s take the other ingredients except flour into the kneading bowl and mix them.
We add the flour in a controlled manner and obtain a soft dough. Let’s put the dough on the counter and roll it out.
If we use greaseproof paper during the rolling stage, the pain will be more comfortable. Let’s roll it out with a rolling pin and cut it with a mold as in the picture.
Let’s bake it in the oven at 170 degrees. Let’s bake our cookies. Let’s sprinkle powdered sugar on the ones that will come to the top.
Let’s spread marmalade or chocolate on the cookies that will come to the bottom part and cover them like our other cookies. Ready to serve. Bon appetit..
