Sausage goulash
Ingredients
3-4 people
600 g sausages (poultry)
1 small red pepper
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 fresh tomatoes
1 strained tomato
300 ml water
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp apple vinegar (gives it a special taste)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp ajvar
1-2 tbsp curry ketchup
Spices: everything in a teaspoon of salt, pepper, chili flakes, curry, sweet paprika!
➡️Sausages, cut into slices about 1 cm thick!
➡️Stir the sausages briefly in the pan with oil, and immediately add the sliced.
➡️onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes (ideally finely chopped and added.).
➡️Deglaze everything with water and add tomato paste, ajvar, ketchup, apple vinegar, bring to the boil briefly.
➡️Add the strained tomatoes and stir in the sour cream.
➡️Season with the spices and let the whole thing simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes, that’s it! Ideal with pasta, but I can also imagine it with baguette.
