Baked Feta Pasta
Quick dinner: Baked Feta Pasta
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BAKED FETA PASTA
1 feta (approx. 400 g)
20 cherry tomatoes
1 pinch of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp herbs de Provence (dried herb mixture)
300 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
1 tbsp olive oil
ALSO
4 – 6 tbsp olive oil (for the dish)
Fresh herbs (e.g. basil)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (fan oven). Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Take the feta out of the package and dab it with a piece of kitchen roll. Place in the middle of the baking dish.
2. Wash the cherry tomatoes, halve them and arrange them around the feta with the open side facing up. Sprinkle sugar, salt and the herb mixture on top. Cook in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
3. In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Take the feta and cherry tomatoes out of the oven, add the pasta and mix everything together. Garnish with fresh herbs, e.g. basil. Enjoy!
