SO delicious: Our one-pot pasta with minced meat and tomato sauce is so quick and easy to cook! This will become one of your new favorite dishes!

INGREDIENTS

1 medium-sized onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
250 g minced beef
400 g chopped tomatoes (from a can)
200 g strained tomatoes
200 ml water or broth
200 g pasta e.g. fusilli
1 – 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
¼ tsp salt
1 large pinch of pepper
60 g grated Parmesan
½ bunch basil

PREPARATION

1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Put olive oil in a larger pot and heat. Fry the minced meat in the olive oil for about 2 minutes on all sides.  Meanwhile, add the onions and garlic and fry briefly.

2. Add the chopped and strained tomatoes to the pot and reduce the heat slightly. Pour in water or broth, add the pasta and stir well.

3. Add the Italian herb mixture as well as salt and pepper. Let the pasta simmer gently for about 8-11 minutes.

4. Season again with salt and pepper and refine with Parmesan. Wash the basil, drain, pluck the leaves from the stem and roughly chop the leaves. Finally, serve the plate sprinkled with Parmesan and basil.
