Lemon cake is a delightful dessert that combines the zesty, tangy flavor of lemons with the sweetness of cake. This citrus-infused treat is a favorite among many for its refreshing taste and moist texture.

๐ŸŸฃINGREDIENTS๐ŸŸฃ

360g of flour 00
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
380g granulated sugar
1 sachet of vanillin (or 1 vanilla pod)
Zest of 2 organic lemons
9 large eggs (500 gr)
Juice of 2 lemons + water (tot. 250 ml)
150ml sunflower oil
1 sachet of cream of tartar (8 g)

๐ŸŸฃINDICATIONS๐ŸŸฃ

1. First mix the flour with yeast, salt and 190 grams of sugar.

2. Then add the zest of two lemons, egg yolks, vanillin, oil and lemon juice diluted in water.

3. Separately beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar and the other 190 grams of sugar.

4. Combine everything and pour the mixture into a mold.

5. Bake at 160 degrees for 70 minutes.

6. Decorate with whipped cream, lemons and blueberries.
