Coffee mousse

Coffee mousse is a creamy and delicious dessert that combines the intensity of coffee with the softness of the mousse texture.  Made with strong coffee, sugar, and whipped cream, it creates an indulgent experience for coffee lovers.  Its elegant presentation makes it a charming option for any special occasion.


• 2 cups of strong coffee, chilled

• 1 cup of sugar

• 2 cups of whipping cream

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Make sure you use freshly brewed, strong coffee to enhance the flavor in your mousse.  Also, refrigerate it long enough before serving for the best texture.


1. Brew the coffee strong and let it cool completely.

2. In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks.

3. In another bowl, mix the cooled coffee with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4. Add the vanilla extract to the coffee and sugar mixture, and mix well.

5. Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream, folding carefully to maintain the airy texture.

6. Once everything is well combined, distribute the mousse into individual glasses or a large serving bowl.

7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the mousse is very cold and has acquired a firm consistency.

8. Garnish with a little cocoa powder or coffee beans before serving, if desired.
