Cheese-Stuffed Breaded Jalapenos are a tantalizing, tangy appetizer that combines the crunchy exterior of breading with the smooth, creamy interior of cheese.  Cheese-stuffed breaded jalapenos offer an explosive, spicy flavor that is irresistible to lovers of foods with a touch of heat.

6 large jalapenos,
150 g cream cheese,
100 g cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated,
1 cup of wheat flour,
2 eggs, beaten,
1 cup of breadcrumbs,
oil for frying,
Salt to taste.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).  Meanwhile, wash the jalapenos, cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds and membranes to reduce the spiciness.  In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the grated cheese.

Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and join together to form a full jalapeño.  Place the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs on three separate plates.  Dip each stuffed jalapeño first in the flour, making sure to cover it completely, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the breaded jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.  Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

When the jalapenos are done, fry them in batches for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.  Remove the breaded jalapenos from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

Sprinkle with a little salt to taste.  Serve the cheese-stuffed breaded jalapenos hot as an appetizer or side.  Enjoy this deliciously spicy and creamy bite!  This recipe for breaded jalapenos stuffed with cheese is perfect for spicy and cheese lovers.

The contrast between the creamy interior and the crunchy exterior makes them an irresistible snack for any occasion.  I hope you enjoy it!
