Cookie dough comes in a variety of flavors and textures, each offering a unique experience to satisfy any craving. Classic chocolate chip cookie dough is a timeless favorite, with its blend of buttery dough and sweet chocolate morsels.

Materials

For the dough;

250 grams of margarine at room temperature (I used gourmet butter)
1 cup powdered sugar
Half a glass of starch
Half a glass of oil
2 egg yolks
1 packet of vanilla
5 cups of flour

For decorations and filling;

1 pack of Dr Oetker forest fruit sauce
150 grams of cracked hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 egg white
80 grams of white chocolate
200 grams of melted chocolate in a double boiler
pistachios

Preparation of

For the dough, all ingredients except flour are mixed in a kneading bowl and a controlled amount of flour is added to obtain a dough that does not stick to the hand.

The dough is divided into 4 equal parts.
Place the divided dough on a piece of baking paper, lightly flour it and roll it out with a rolling pin.

We cut it with a heart-shaped cookie cutter, take it neatly with a knife, place it on the tray and repeat the same process until all the dough is used up.

We remove half of the cookies on the tray and remove the middle using a smaller heart-shaped mold.

We bake it in a controlled oven at 180 degrees and sprinkle powdered sugar on the heart shaped shapes we made in the middle.

A package of ready-made fruit sauce says 1 cup, but to get a thicker consistency, we cook it with half a glass of water, cool it and put it in a squeeze bag.

We spread the sauce on the inner edges of the hearts that we sprinkled with powdered sugar, stick them on the other heart cookie and squeeze the fruit sauce into it.

Marmalade can also be used for this.
All are prepared in the same way.
For crispy hazelnut white chocolate cookies, coarsely ground hazelnuts, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and one egg white are mixed together to form a paste.

The second dough is rolled out in the same way, removed with a square mold, placed on a tray, added the hazelnut mixture and baked.

Baked cookies are coated in white chocolate in a double boiler and decorated with milk chocolate.

For chocolate-filled cookies, we prepare the heart shapes in the same way and fill them with melted milk chocolate in a bain-marie.

The last remaining dough is taken out with a heart-shaped mold, zigzag shapes are made with melted chocolate and decorated with powdered peanuts.

Unfortunately, this cookie cannot be made with butter, it will fall apart, make sure to use margarine.
