Easy flourless banana pancake

This pancake is moist, delicious and prepared in less than 10 minutes.  You won’t believe that such a delicious pancake is so healthy.


• 3 ripe bananas

• 2 cups of rolled oats

• 2 large eggs

• ¼ cup honey

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

This flourless banana pancake is perfect for you!  This easy-to-make recipe uses natural and healthy ingredients such as ripe bananas, rolled oats, eggs, honey and baking powder.  The preparation of this pancake is quick and simple.

Step by step preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Grease a mold with cooking spray to prevent the cake from sticking.

2. Process all the ingredients in the food processor or blender until smooth.

3. Place the dough in the mold and bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

4. Let the cake cool and store it in the refrigerator.

Banana pancake is an excellent option to eat, it is rich in protein without flour or fat.  Ideal to get in shape and feel good.
