Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓

Strawberry cheesecake is a delightful dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the vibrant sweetness of strawberries.

For Tabanj;

2 packs of vetch blanks
100 g melted butter
Optional 1 tea glass of ground hazelnuts

For the cream;

2 packs of labneh (at least 400 gr)
6 tablespoons of sugar
2.5 tablespoons of starch
1 pack of cream (200 ml)
3 eggs
1 pack of vanillin

For Strawberry Sauce;

400 g strawberries
1 tea glass of sugar
2 tablespoons of starch
1 tea glass of water

Preparation of; 

After grinding our biscuits and mixing them with butter, let’s press them firmly into the bottom of our mold and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. 

After taking it out of the refrigerator, let’s press it again with a glass. 

Then, put all the ingredients for the strawberry sauce into our pot, after it starts to cook, blend it and cook for another 1.2 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool, continuing the process of stirring occasionally. 

For the cream, put labneh and sugar in a deep bowl and mix it with a whisk, add starch, cream and vanillin and mix, then add our eggs one by one and continue beating, pour our mixture into our mold and bake it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 45/50 minutes, then take it out of the oven after the temperature has decreased.

After it cools down, you can pour our strawberry sauce and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 night, then decorate and serve it as you wish.
