THREE CHOCOLATES CAKE
Ingredients
3/4 pack of regular Mary type cookies
3 tablespoons of margarine
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
150 gr chocolate black
150 gr milk chocolate
150 gr of white chocolate
3 envelopes of curd
600 ml of whipped cream
600 ml of whole milk
sugar

Preparation
For the cookie base:
1. We put the margarine in the microwave until it dissolves, there is no need for it to be liquid at all, just a little melted. We added the cocoa powder and ground biscuit, which we can grind in the mixer. We mix it all up and put it as a base in a moldable container. Put it in the fridge.
2. We fill a glass with milk and add the leftover curd envelopes, dissolve the curd. We pour it in a larger container and add the cream. Mix and make 3 equal parts of this mix.
3. In a pot we put the first of these parts to heat, when from the first boil add the chopped white chocolate, remove well with rods and let it from another boil and pour slowly on the mold with the cookie we had in the fridge. Let cool in the fridge for at least an hour. Checking that it’s solid before moving on to the next step.
Repeat the previous step but with milk chocolate:
4. In a pot we put the second of these parts to heat, when from the first boil add the chocolate with chopped milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar, remove well with sticks and let another boil and pour slowly on the mold we had in the fridge. Let cool in the fridge for at least an hour. Checking that it’s solid before moving on to the next step.
Repeat the previous step but now with chocolate black.
5. In a pot we heat the third of these parts, when from the first boil add the chopped chocolate and 5 tablespoons of sugar, remove well with sticks and let another boil and pour slowly on the mold we had in the fridge. Let it cool in the fridge.
