INGREDIENTS
1 small bunch of wild garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 splash of lemon juice
150 g creamy quark (quark)
100 g sour cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground pepper
PREPARATION
1. Remove the stalks from the wild garlic, wash and chop finely. Finely mix half of the wild garlic with the oil and lemon juice in a measuring cup using a hand blender.
2. Stir the quark and sour cream in a bowl until smooth, add the wild garlic oil and the chopped wild garlic and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
