Coffee dessert

Coffee dessert is so creamy.The simple dessert with coffee is prepared in just 15 minutes. With quark and biscuits, the coffee dessert cream is super delicious.

INGREDIENTS (For 2 glasses)

FOR THE CREAM

250 g quark (20% or 40% fat content)
100 g natural yoghurt
50 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
100 g cream

ALSO

70 g butter biscuits
120 ml strong, cold coffee
2 tbsp baking cocoa

PREPARATION

Step 1
Prepare two tall drinking glasses (300 ml each). For the cream, mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in. Set the cream aside.

Step 2
Crumble the butter biscuits roughly with your hands and set 2 tablespoons aside for garnishing. Put 1-2 tablespoons of the biscuit crumbs into each of the prepared glasses, then add about 1 tablespoon of the coffee to each. Sift a little cocoa over the top. Cover with a quarter of the cream and smooth it out with a spoon.

Step 3
Repeat the process until everything is used up, finishing with the cream. Leave the dessert with coffee to steep in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, garnish the coffee cream with the biscuit crumbs you set aside and with a little cocoa if you like. The coffee dessert will keep in the fridge for at least 2 days.
