Stuffed boneless chicken

Stuffed boneless chicken is a delicious dish that involves deboning a whole chicken and stuffing it with a mix of flavorful ingredients, such as herbs, nuts, or vegetables.  It is then baked or grilled, resulting in juicy meat full of flavor.  It is an elegant and versatile option for special occasions or gourmet dinners.

Ingredients:

• 1 large chicken, approximately 2kg

• 500 g of minced meat

• 150 gr of ham

• 100 gr of bacon

• 100 g of raisins

• 200 ml of chicken broth

• 100 ml of red wine

• 1 Golden apple

• Ground black pepper

• 2 cloves of garlic

• Olive oil

• Salt

Make sure you have all the necessary ingredients and a sharp knife to effectively debone the chicken before preparing your stuffed boneless chicken.

Preparation:

1. Start by preparing the filling.  In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.  Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.

2. Add the chopped ham and bacon to the pan and cook until golden and crispy.

3. Add the minced meat to the pan and cook until completely cooked and golden.  Make sure to break it up well while it cooks.

4. Add the chopped raisins and the peeled and chopped Golden apple into small cubes to the pan.  Cook for a few minutes until the apple is tender.

5. Pour the red wine into the pan and let it cook over medium heat until it is reduced by half.

6. Add the chicken broth to the mixture and cook for a few more minutes.  Then, season with black pepper and salt to taste.  Mix all the filling ingredients well and remove the pan from the heat.

7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

8. Stuff the boneless chicken with the prepared mixture.  Make sure to distribute the filling evenly.

9. Close the chicken carefully, rolling the skin around the filling.  Tie the chicken with kitchen twine to keep it closed.

10. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and drizzle a little olive oil over the skin.

11. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

12. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into slices.

13. Serve the boneless chicken stuffed with a sauce made with the cooking juices of the chicken, if desired.
