SACHER CAKE
The cake is traditionally served with whipped cream on the side. Sacher cake is a classic Austrian dessert often enjoyed with a cup of coffee or tea. It has become a popular treat worldwide and is often associated with Viennese cuisine.
Ingredients:
120g of dark chocolate
100g butter
50g of milk
3 eggs
40g of sugar
40g of sugar
75g flour “00”
30g cocoa powder
Stuffed:
150g peach jam
Chocolate ganache:
150g of dark chocolate
150 ml of cream
10g butter
Indications:
1. Chop the chocolate and melt it together with the butter and milk. Then integrate the yolks.
2. Beat the egg whites with 40 g of sugar until stiff and add them to the mixture.
3. Then sift the flour, cocoa and add to the rest.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
5. Then fill with the jam and decorate with the ganache.
