MINCED MEAT BURRITO

A burrito de carne picado is a delicious Mexican dish consisting of a flour tortilla wrapped around seasoned and cooked minced or shredded beef, along with various toppings such as rice, beans, cheese, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
½ onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g minced beef
2 tablespoons Mexican meat seasoning or Mexican spices
1 teaspoon salt
1 salad tomato
1 avocado
1 fresh onion
4 wheat tortillas for burritos
8 slices pickled jalapeno peppers
Some coriander leaves

Preparation:

1. Sauté the onion and chopped garlic cloves in a frying pan.

2. Add the minced beef and cook over high heat so that it browns.

3. Add the seasoning or Mexican spices and salt to the meat to season it and give it more flavor.

4. Prepare a garnish based on tomato, avocado and onion to accompany.

5. To assemble the burrito, place the minced meat in the center with some jalapeño slices and some cilantro leaves.

6. Roll the burrito into a package and serve whole or in two halves, accompanied by the garnish.
