Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

Meatballs with tomato sauce is a classic comfort food dish enjoyed worldwide. The succulent meatballs, typically made from ground beef or a combination of meats, are seasoned with herbs and spices to create a flavorful base.

Materials

250 grams of low-fat minced meat
1 medium sized onion (grated, water removed)
2 cloves of garlic grated
2 heaped tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon of thyme
Half a teaspoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon of new spring
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
Black pepper on a teaspoon
Parsley
Salt

For tomato sauce;

4 tomatoes
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic grated
2 green village peppers
5 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of pepper paste
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon of thyme
Black pepper on a teaspoon
1 tea glass of water
Salt

Preparation of

Let’s put the meatball ingredients in a suitable bowl and knead them well.  Let’s keep it in the refrigerator to rest.

Let’s roll the meatball mixture into walnut-sized balls and shape them.

Add oil to the pan and fry the meatballs without drying them out too much.

For tomato sauce;  Let’s take oil into the pan.  Let’s add chopped onion, garlic and pepper respectively and sauté them. 

Then let’s add the tomato paste and fry it.
Let’s add the tomatoes chopped into small cubes. 

While the tomatoes are cooking, add the spices and salt.  Finally, let’s add 1 tea glass of water and boil it for a few minutes.

Let’s put the cooked meatballs into the pan where we cooked the tomato sauce.  You can cook it with tomato sauce for 2-3 minutes and serve.
