Limoncello Spritz
Limoncello Spritz is a wonderfully lemony cocktail with Prosecco – our original Italian recipe is guaranteed to put you in the holiday mood!
INGREDIENTS
1 lemon
4 stalks of lemon balm (or mint) to garnish
a few ice cubes
160 ml Limoncello
400 ml Prosecco (well chilled)
200 ml mineral water
PREPARATION
1. For the Limoncello Spritz, cut the lemon into thin slices. Wash the lemon balm, shake it dry, clean it and, if necessary, shorten the stalks a little.
2. To serve, put 3-4 ice cubes in each glass. Divide the Limoncello between the glasses. Top up with Prosecco and mineral water. Garnish the drinks with lemon balm and enjoy immediately! Cheers!
