Chocolate chantilly cream

Chocolate chantilly cream is a delicious variant of the classic chantilly cream, enriched with cocoa or melted chocolate.  Its soft texture and chocolate flavor make it a perfect complement to desserts such as cakes, fruits or ice cream.  It is easy to prepare, whipping heavy cream, sugar and cocoa until you obtain a light and fluffy consistency.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup (240 ml) very cold whipping cream

• 1/4 cup (30 g) of powdered sugar (you can adjust the amount according to your preference)

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

To make chocolate chantilly cream, make sure the cream is very cold and use quality chocolate for a delicious flavor and smooth texture.

Preparation:

• Make sure the whipping cream is very cold.  You can place the bowl and beaters in the freezer for a few minutes before you begin.

• In a large bowl, pour the whipping cream and begin beating on medium speed.

• When the cream begins to thicken, gradually add the icing sugar while continuing to beat.

• Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder.  Continue beating until the cream forms soft peaks and has a firm consistency.

• Be careful not to over-beat, as the cream could become buttery.  You can test by stopping the whipping and checking the consistency of the cream.

• Once the chocolate chantilly cream is ready, you can use it to decorate desserts, cakes, ice cream or any other dessert you want.  Enjoy!

Remember that chantilly cream is best when consumed shortly after being prepared, but if necessary, you can refrigerate it until you are ready to use it.  I hope you enjoy this delicious chocolate chantilly cream!
