Chicken nuggets

Now you can easily make crispy chicken nuggets yourself at home! With our recipe you can make delicious cornflake nuggets in the pan or in the oven. Sooo delicious!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DOUGH

2 eggs (size M)

120 g unsweetened cornflakes

3 tbsp wheat flour (type 405)

3 chicken breast fillets (approx. 160 g each)

Salt

freshly ground pepper

1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)

50 ml sunflower oil

PREPARATION

1. Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl or deep plate. Crush the cornflakes in a bag with a rolling pin and spread them separately on two plates with the flour.

2. Dab the chicken breast fillets with kitchen paper and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices.

3. Season the chicken pieces on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika powder and toss in the flour. Shake off any excess flour, dip the chicken pieces in the egg, scrape off the edge of the plate, toss in the cornflakes and press down lightly.

4. Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan. Add the nuggets and fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

5. Drain the chicken nuggets on kitchen paper and serve with curry dip, ketchup and fries, for example. Enjoy!
