Chocolate Nut Bars
Chocolate Nut Bars
Ingredients:
400 g milk chocolate (or dark chocolate)
150 g white chocolate chunks or chips
1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, macadamia, cashews, or peanuts)
2 tbsp butter (optional, for smoother texture)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate
Break the milk chocolate into pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.
Melt it using a double boiler (bain-marie) or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Add the butter and mix well (optional).
2. Add flavor
Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
Stir well.
3. Add nuts
Mix in the mixed nuts and white chocolate chunks.
Keep some nuts aside for decoration on top.
4. Pour into mold
Line a small rectangular pan with parchment paper.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan.
Spread evenly and tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
Add the remaining nuts on top.
5. Chill
Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
6. Cut and serve
Once solid, remove from the pan.
Cut into bars or squares using a sharp knife.
Enjoy!
Tips:
You can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate for a richer flavor.
Toasting the nuts lightly adds extra crunch and flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
