Cookies with chocolate sparks are a delicious and fun treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple cookie dough that is mixed with chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles. The cookies are then baked until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. The chocolate chips and sprinkles add a delicious flavor and texture to the cookies, making them irresistible.


100 gr butter
175 gr sugar
1 eggs
a pinch of salt
a few drops of vanilla essence
200 gr flour
4 gr Royal yeast
100 g chocolate chips


1. Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar until pale, add the vanilla essence, a pinch of salt and the egg, mix well.  Sift the flour with the Royal yeast and incorporate it into the previous shake.  Finally add the chocolate chips.  Form a tender dough ball without rubbing it too much.  Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

2. Roll out the dough half a centimeter thick, cut circles and put them on a greased baking sheet.  Cook at 190º C for approximately 7 minutes.  Tips (advice): You will realize that they are ready when the edges of the cookies begin to look slightly golden.  It is important not to wait for them to take color on top, otherwise they would be very hard when they cool down.

3. It is important to let the dough rest in the fridge so that when cooking it maintains its shape.  To stretch the dough we can use a little flour on the counter, but be careful, without abusing it, because otherwise the cookies would be like stones.

4. You can use both chocolate chips, which are available in almost any supermarket, but you can also chop up chocolate bars.
