Sandal Meatballs

Materials

For the meatballs;

700 grams of minced meat (you can reduce it depending on the number of people)
1 onion
1 egg
Less than 1 tea glass of breadcrumbs
Salt, black pepper, chili pepper, cumin

For the puree;

3-4 large size potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt

For the above;

Boiled peas and carrots (Optional garnish)
Cheddar cheese

For the sauce;

1 glass of water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil or oil

Preparation of

We put the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl and knead them.

We take it in palm size, shape it so that there is a hollow in the middle, shape it into an oval sandal and place it on the tray.

We bake it in the oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes in a controlled manner.
For the topping, we put butter and salt into the boiled potatoes, mash them and turn them into puree.

We squeeze the cream onto the meatballs we take out of the oven using a piping bag.
We put the garnishes you want on it and add grated cheddar cheese.

For the sauce, mix water, tomato paste and oil and pour it onto the tray.

We bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until it turns golden brown. Bon appetit to those who will try it.
