HOMEMADE ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of cold whipping cream
1 cup of condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or flavor of your choice)
Optional: chocolate pieces, fruit, nuts or sauces to taste

PREPARATION
– In a large, cold bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer at high speed until it forms soft peaks.
– Add the condensed milk to the whipped cream and gently mix with surrounding motions to avoid losing the built-in air.
– Include vanilla extract or other flavor you prefer. If you wish, add the chocolate chips, fruits, nuts or any other ingredient. Blend gently.
– Pour the mixture into an airtight container suitable for freezer.
– Cover with foil or a lid and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
– Remove ice cream from the freezer a few minutes before serving to make it easier to handle.
– Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy.
